  • Study and training of traditional qi gong (Baduanjin)
  • Practice of exercices inspired from martial art (tai chi, dim mak) executed with a partner.

This practice follows the following principles:

  • Relaxation
  • Abdominal breathing
  • Postures static / dynamic
  • Visualisation
