Et qu\u2019ils comprennent que celle-ci passe par la Nature, ses produits, ses r\u00e8gles. L\u00e0 encore, seule une personne d\u00e9j\u00e0 en bonne sant\u00e9 a la capacit\u00e9 de percevoir de fa\u00e7on instinctive ce qui lui r\u00e9ussit vraiment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cependant, la M\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise (MTC), comme d\u2019autres m\u00e9decines traditionnelles, propose des pistes et des outils d\u2019auto-traitement qui s\u2019inscrivent dans une vision holistique de la sant\u00e9. Car pour la MTC, de nombreux facteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 notre hygi\u00e8ne de vie affectent notre sant\u00e9 dans un sens ou un autre. La cl\u00e9 est donc\u00a0une hygi\u00e8ne de vie saine. Celle-ci d\u00e9pend de 3 axes principaux\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>la di\u00e8te<\/li>\n<li>le mouvement<\/li>\n<li>la d\u00e9pollution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La di\u00e8te<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La di\u00e8te est la premi\u00e8re branche de la MTC. En effet, la sant\u00e9 passe obligatoirement par notre assiette. C\u2019est aussi le secret de la long\u00e9vit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tout d\u2019abord il est imp\u00e9ratif de manger tr\u00e8s peu. En effet ce n\u2019est pas la quantit\u00e9 qui donne de l\u2019\u00e9nergie mais la qualit\u00e9. Si nous ing\u00e9rons des aliments pauvres en qi (\u00e9nergie vitale) ou d\u00e9nu\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9nergie, m\u00eame une grande quantit\u00e9 de cet aliment ne comblera pas nos besoins. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de rechercher des aliments de grande qualit\u00e9 en \u00e9nergie vitale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De bon fruits et l\u00e9gumes cultiv\u00e9s sans pesticides seront la base d\u2019une alimentation sant\u00e9. Ils contiennent beaucoup de fibres qui facilitent le transit, ralentissent l\u2019absorption des graisses et des sucres, r\u00e9gulent la sensation de faim. Ils ne perturbent en aucun cas les syst\u00e8mes hormonaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il convient de fuir le sucre comme la peste\u00a0! Il est un violent poison pour l\u2019organisme. Le corps n\u2019utilise que tr\u00e8s peu de sucre. Aussi, tout apport suppl\u00e9mentaire sera stock\u00e9 dans le foie induisant diverses pathologies. Notons au passage que le surpoids, ou l\u2019apparition de boutons sur le visage, ne sont pas d\u00fbs au sucre, \u00a0ou \u00e0 l\u2019alcool uniquement mais aussi \u00e0 d\u2019autres facteurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Privil\u00e9gier les poissons aux viandes. La cuisson se fera plut\u00f4t en grillades, bouilli ou \u00e0 la plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en friture. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes scientifiques d\u00e9montrent que les cuissons en friture sont n\u00e9fastes pour l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous devons boire bien s\u00fbr, mais en quantit\u00e9 raisonnable. \u00a0Nous \u00e9viterons le caf\u00e9 et surtout le caf\u00e9 au lait (sucr\u00e9 ou non). La vie se trouve dans l\u2019eau\u00a0; une eau peu min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e et de source dans la mesure du possible<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le mouvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour les peuples traditionnels ou premiers, le mouvement c\u2019est la vie. C\u2019est un concept de base de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aussi est-il important d\u2019avoir chaque jour une activit\u00e9 physique minimum\u00a0: marche ou gymnastique. Deux fois par semaine, on veillera \u00e0 avoir une activit\u00e9 sportive intense bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019entrainement du c\u0153ur. L\u2019activit\u00e9 physique permet l\u2019\u00e9limination des toxines et favorise le plaisir par la production de dopamine. Il a donc un effet positif sur notre corps et notre \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La d\u00e9pollution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est recommand\u00e9 de pratiquer en parall\u00e8le des activit\u00e9s moins intenses mais tout aussi b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques telles que le tai chi, le qi gong ou le yoga, qui consistent \u00e0 faire circuler l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale. Lorsque ces activit\u00e9s sont pratiqu\u00e9es \u00e0 haut niveau (une heure par jour), cela entraine un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de d\u00e9pollution du corps et de l\u2019esprit. En effet, nous passons une grande partie de notre temps \u00e0 ruminer des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives, \u00e0 respirer un qi pollu\u00e9 et \u00e0 croiser de nombreuses personnes malades physiquement ou mentalement. Du coup nos \u00e9motions nous submergent et engendrent des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres dans notre corps et notre esprit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les exercices de gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie tels que le qi gong permettent de se lib\u00e9rer de ces \u00e9nergies parasites, de clarifier notre esprit, et de mieux ma\u00eetriser nos \u00e9motions. De ce fait ils enclenchent un processus d\u2019auto-gu\u00e9rison.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces r\u00e8gles g\u00e9n\u00e9rales permettent de cr\u00e9er un terrain favorable \u00e0 la sant\u00e9.
