WINTER THE RESTORATION SEASON
In Chinese medicine, the winter season corresponds to the element of water. It is the most “Yin” season of the year.
It is the season of rest and introspection. We protect ourselves from the cold, we decrease the rhythm of our activities and with wisdom we integrate the lessons of the past year.
It is the time to envision with clarity what we want for the next cycle. We plant the seeds (projects, intentions) that will germinate the following year.
Since water is associated with the Kidney and Bladder meridians, we will strengthen these meridians with the help of an adapted pharmacopoeia.
We will use acupuncture to treat pathologies related to these imbalances.
We will make sure to practice a qi gong that revitalizes the kidneys.
